This is jumbo press with double felt components.
Press and release by air bellow. It consist of felt roll, expander roll,guider, stretcher, high pressure and low pressure shower, suction box for felt, doctor, frame, walkway, water pan and so on.
Frame is Q235A welding, material by aging treatment, stainless steel cladding, 1.5mm thickness.
Bottom press roll could be draw out when exchange rolls. All rolls bearing is grease lubrication.
