I often encounter various small situations when I work. Sometimes the printing is not clear, the paper jam does not produce paper, or there is more paper. What should I do when I encounter a paper jam during printing? Don't panic. The contract said how to deal with this situation:
1、 Most copiers require the paper grain to be perpendicular to the paper feeding direction. The use of copy paper outside the quantitative range, or the paper grain is parallel to the paper feeding direction, often leads to frequent paper jam.
2、 According to the contract, the printing paper should shake before loading into the carton. The horizontal paper supply makes the curved surface of the copy paper upward into the carton, and the manual copy also makes the curved surface of the copy paper upward; Reversing the paper feeding so that the copy paper curve faces down into the carton is effective to avoid paper jam at the junction of the paper feeding assembly and the hot roller fuser guide plate. The paper box and the paper receiving tray supply paper horizontally on both sides of the copier. The paper box and the paper receiving tray are on the same side of the copier or the paper box is inserted from below the front door of the copier.
